Not updating stats and results

Hi everybody

I realized today that the software is not updating my stats and results anymore, even though i can see the hands summary in the play poker section. Any idea of what could be the cause?

Make sure you have the correct active player selected in your report and that you do not have any filters set. If the report is still empty right-click on it and select 'Configure Report -> Restore to Default -> OK' and see if that fixes it otherwise please attach screenshots either here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on - get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.
