Hud wont auto detect seat position on 888?

Hi,

You're probably sick of seeing HUD positioning questions.

No matter what settings I play with the HUD /PT4 isnt tracking the auto centre seat position on 888.

Anyone else experienced this or know a fix? happens on MTT and cash for me. So frustrating, i've checked and double checked the config settings.

Are you still using PokerTracker v4.15.17? 888 have introduced a new client and PokerTracker 4 added support for both new and old table layouts in PokerTracker v4.15.18 so please update if you haven't already done so:

If you have already updated then enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I have upgraded to .19 and that seems to have resolved the issue.

I haven't tried it on multi tables yet, so unless I got unlucky in the table I jumped into to test it and happened to sit at the correct seat I am hoping its been resolved.
