Need help importing hands from Microgaming (MGN)

Good day,

Now that Microgaming is providing all hand histories, I've been trying to import them into Poker Tracker for Mac but I can't get it to work. I have the V4.14, which is the correct version. I have the .DAT file from Microgaming that they sent to me. I click on 'get hands from disk', I open the .DAT file, and then poker tracker tells me "Error: Unrecognized file format: BarryDaBlade-15870974 2.dat

Can anyone help?

Did you figure it out? I’m on an iMac with Cantalina OS 10.15.3 using PT 4.15.19.

The Setup Assistant doesn’t even allow me to add a Microgaming or iPoker network.

The Mac OSX Microgaming client isn't supported but you can manually import from the GameHistory.dat file using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.
