can i get or make an SPR for nl cash games for the table stats?

You can't make that for the HUD because we don't know anything about the hand in play until it is complete. If you want to see stats broken down by the SPR you had at the time of play in a report you can create a report on the My Reports tab and you can add the SPR built in stat and it will group your data into rows by SPR <= 1, SPR from 1 to 4, from 4-8, 8-13, 13-20 and > 20 (so 6 rows total).

Stack to Pot ratio. So if you have $100 back and the pot is $10 you have an SPR of 10. It is first discussed in Flynn, Mehta and Miller's book Professional No-Limit Hold'em I believe.

BTW while I have read over 20 twenty books about NLHE, I have never heard of the book mentioned, and have never come across the term SPR before (maybe PT should have an online glossary

You can see the definition of every stat in PT4, and exactly how it is calculated, by going to Configure > Statistics.
