The HUD is not working

I tried to launch the HUD on sisal.it, a PokerStars partner in italy. But it didn't work. So, at a friend's suggestion, I updated pt4 to the latest version (v4.18.14). Since updating to the latest version, the HUD no longer works on PokerStars either. Or rather, it starts late only after a few hands, the HUDs don't match the players, and the HUDs are wrong positioned at the table.

The software suggested I do some housekeeping. I did it following the guide, and everything seemed to work fine. I don't know if this has anything to do with the HUD issues.

can you help me get the hud back at least on pokerstars?

Can you please provide screenshots of your settings:

a. "Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History" in PokerStars and Sisal.IT.

b. "Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars" in PokerTracker 4.
