problem with pt4 HUD

Good morning. I'm having this problem with pt4: The HUD appears at the tables, but unfortunately it's incorrectly positioned, meaning it doesn't correspond to the correct player. I've tried:

- manually repositioning the HUD to the correct players and saving the new layout
- uninstalling and reinstalling PokerStars

but the problem persists.

Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Please make sure everything is setup correctly to import all of your own hands and not just observed hands:

If that is not setup correctly then PokerTracker 4 will not be able to identify you as the Hero and the HUD cannot be positioned rotated accordingly for auto-center or preferred seating settings. If that is configured correctly then check your preferred seat settings:

PokerStars has preferred seating and auto-center settings - use one or the other but not both which can cause conflicts. Also when you join a regular table PokerTracker does not know where you are seated until after you play your first hand at which point it can then rotate the HUD to the correct places. Whenever you move/adjust the HUD you should then save those new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing "Save Layout". Therefore if you join a table and the view rotates to put you in your preferred seat you should not move/save the HUD until after this happens. Going forward PokerTracker 4 will automate this placement for you (after your first hand at the table has imported).
