Multiway pot problem

Hi everyone !

On iPoker Network (PMU Poker site), in a multiway pot, when three or more players went to all-in (with me or not in the hand), Pokertracker didn't store the hand. So i need to request each end of day the History hand to PMU Poker site... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

PS : On 6-Max Cash Game tables.

Do these hands exist in the hand history files that were saved by the poker site while you were playing? If they are there and not importing or if you are not sure then please attach your hand history sample to a Support Ticket.

Too late now, i have imported to PT4 all April HH's from web site.
Now i must wait the next MW and i ll open a ticket.

Ok, i opened a ticket with two HH samples in a Multiway Pot with, in attachment : videos and HH client (Processed PT4 folder) + HH Server (requested to suport)
