can we please be able to filter out the first table of 18man sngs so tghat we can see results based on icm, also the other way around to see chip ev for when we dont make the final table etc

Unfortunately at a hand filter level we have no way to know which table you're at in an MTT, or how many other players remain.

SInce i know other 3rd parties r organising with stars to receive the info needed to stack sizes on other tables, surely you can filter out 2nd n FT's

That information isn't available at any site -- unless you're at the final table we don't know what's going on elsewhere and so can't estimate your ICM.
