support for State of Delaware poker sites

I know delaware today when live with their poker software, but it was done by 888 holding. Any plans to support their software in pt4 anytime soon?

If not, please open a Support Ticket and attach an example hand history file and a screenshot of the table window so that we can see how different it is.

I think it's the normal 888 software, but I don't see any options for where to save hand histories in the Game Settings. I'm wondering if this is disabled. If the software doesn't save hand histories, does that mean no pokertracker?

If there are no hand histories then PokerTracker doesn't have any information, but that may also mean that they're saved automatically.
By default the 888 software uses a path like:

C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\PacificPoker\HandHistory

..although I suspect that "PacificPoker" will be different too. If they aren't there, make sure you've played a few hands then search your computer for files created today. If the HH files are being written that should find them then you can configure the path manually.

Thanks. I was able to find the C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\DelawareOnlinePoker\ folder but no HandHistory underneath it. It doesn't look like it's saving histories anywhere. I contacted support and they just told me I can look at my history from within the software, but that doesn't really help. Sounds like we may be out of luck, at least for the time being....

Try to push them as to why those hands aren't being written . . . users advocating for such things is a big help.
