Quick custom notes

It looks very interesting and useful. Something like this will actually do?

I'm not sure exactly what you intend with this screenshot, can you describe the functionality a little?

Simple button with drop-down quick notes list. 10-15 commonly used notes for quick insert in PT4 notes.
P.s This is another program ( hand2note) that allows you to add notes in 2 clicks , but not in PT4
