ICM MTT to FT Converter

I know that your ICM is only for ST but many times a MTT Satellite on the bubble can be considered like a FT.

Would be a nice option if PT4 automatically calculated all the chips at the table as the FT payouts, and you could edit the payouts automatically w/o entering chip details.

Also it would give additional use in other tables where you just wanted an idea of how that hand would play out if it was a FT scenario.
