Problems with playback

I'm Spanish and I'm living in Spain, so the problem that I have happens here and I don't know if it happen in other country. When I see a playback a hand of 888poker.es, I have to configure the playback, to see the hud with the player. Up here, all is normal. When I want to see a playback of hand of pokerstars.es, I have to configure again to see the hand of this poker place. All normal. The problem comes when I want to see other hand of 888poker.es, because I have to configure again to see the huds well.

On the other hand, I have a hud for hero and other hud for other players. When I see one hand in playback where I have played, If I was in third position (for example), I have to configure my hud in one place near where I was sat, but I see other hand where I have played and I was sat in fourth place (for example), I have to configure again my hud to see it near where I was sat. I want that to correct this or, and I want to put one prefered sit for playback one hand.
