Lower Opacity HUD

Currently there is the option to have the HUD at lower opacity until mouse over - I like the idea, it's just too shaded out at the moment. Could we have a slider on that too - so you can set a specific opacity for both mouse over and mouse off. Cheers.

This slider already exists - it's on Hud -> Edit Hud Options -> General Settings -> Advanced. Then you can change the lower opacity value from there. The main opacity is set on a per group basis in your Hud configuration.
