Statistic dialog improvemen

Hello,
after grinding some Statistic dialog seriously (was working on creating stats and columns) I found that it is really anoying to close dialog every time when I need to refresh reports, so:

1) I would like to ask Statistic dialog to be non modal form (I shouldn't close it every time to be able to refresh report or add one more stat. Reasons:
a) In statistic dialog I can get better description about stats, columns, quickly find what stats is important for me if I am not sure (I need to quickly take a look at how stat is constructed)
b) If I need to construct complicated stat then I need to test it very often. Now only way to do that is to close dialog and refresh report. so everytime when I test it it takes some time (a closing dialog, refreshing, then searching for same stat/column to continue working on it). I suggest just having apply button and modal form off.

2) in Insert stat/column/function/variable list (filters>Add new expression filter>brings "Edit report filter" dialog) there is no find/search or filter feature and it is very anoying It would be very nice if you would add it.
