Please try to make PT4 work with FT SNGs when they have their promos after Nov6. And I am sorry should you live in US.

We will be working to support Full Tilt of course. Please send us the hand history from that tournament via our support system so that we can take a look at it and that would help us going forward.

Same problem here after today's software update.
Worked fine yesterday.

Full Tilt have changed their hand history format - we're testing an update to PT4 to import this new format.

We will put it out as soon as we're happy it is working correctly. Rest assured that this is at the top of our list, but we need to test it before release.
