New Stat: Triple Barrel Range

how often they triple barrel

or is this just Cbet River?

does Cbet river mean how often they bet the river when they are PFR and cb flop, turn and river?

[kraada]

CBet River is the percentage of the time that they bet the river given that they raised preflop, cbet the flop and cbet the turn and had a chance to bet the river. So it sounds like that is what you are looking for. Keep in mind that this is out of opportunities - so you might see 40% when someone cbet the river twice in five opportunities. In most poker games you'll find the sample size for this stat to be quite low as well - it comes up a lot less than you would think.
