Is there a way to calculate how many VPP's you are getting per hand?
Total VPPs (using the downloaded custom stat)/ Total hands = VPP/Hand

The stat called "2012 PokerStars VPP Counter for Cash Games Hand Reports" (available in the
Download Warehouse, posted by Kraada) displays VPPs for individual hands, or did you mean as an average?

I meant on avg. VPP per hand. Like it would say 0.2275 vpp per hand. etc. its okay though I'll just do the math with the stat

If you want the average you can easily create a new version of the existing stat you have.
In Configure > Statistics go to $ > Stats, and find the PokerStars VPPs stat (e.g. type "vpp" in the search field).
Click the "Duplicate" button to make a new copy of the stat, and update the Name and Description.
Change the Value Expression to divide by the number of hands - for example if you want VPPs per 100 hands you can use this:
amt_vpps / (cnt_hands / 100)
..or just
amt_vpps / cnt_hands
..if you want the value per hand (although that will be a pretty small number).
Click OK to save your new stat.
