How to recognize a tourney

Postby Barlin63 » Sun Sep 09, 2012 10:49 am

How to recognize a tourney.
Many tourneys I play are not recognized properly so that I have to make changes after playing. This happens in 90% of the cases.
I suggest that at the start of a tourney (lets say after the first hand) a (optional) popup appears where you can make changes for the tourney:
- Title, kind
- How many players at the table, This automatically triggers treat as X max.
- Buy in
- any other information that is useful to change immediately

Thanks.

This kind of thing has been suggested in the past, but it is a more complex change than it might seem, plus we need to make certain to do it in as inobtrusive a way as possible. I do hope that something like this will be available eventually, though.

+1 to OP's suggestion. It would also make selection of an appropriate HUD profile more specific... something that is greatly lacking atm.

Right. At Ipoker the hud is sometimes all over the place.

It's definitely something we've thought about, the question is the right way to do it and then the doing of it, not whether it would be beneficial - we all agree it'd be a nice thing to have.
