A button to run reports and heat map color range

I have a problem with the "updating of the report as Im editing it" because sometimes PT4 is not responding. So if I start to change the report Im stuck for some time because PT is running the report again even if I didnt want it yet. A run button will also give satisfaction that Im in control. The report will be run when I want it to be run. Also I cant find any "open the results in a new window" button.

Is there any way to change the coloring rules on the heat map? There really is no point having a hand colored light green when its 0.01% of the range just because it has been played. Cant see any difference in color between hands that are 0.5% of range and 0.01% of range even though the first one is 50 times bigger!

The automatic updating of the reports was done because many users were confused by the Run button in PT3. We went with this solution to make things easier on the majority and we hope you understand the decision.

There is no expand to a new window in PT4 yet but it is on my list of features that we should implement.

The coloring rules for the heatmap are not editable at this time and while I hope eventually they become so, it's not something I would expect to see prioritized in the near future.

I dont understand how someone can be confused about pressing a button to run a report. :shock: Thats pretty standard way an application works. Thats how microwave oven works. Thats how washing machine works. Thats pretty much how everything works. You set it up and then press a button to run it. I dont believe people are confused about that. There must be some errors in communication.

Nonetheless that was the feedback that we'd gotten. What I can do though is try to get an option added to disable auto-refresh then you could refresh with right click or some such. I presume that would be sufficient for you?

On any subject someone will always complain. Its like looking just your losing hands and then deciding not play them regardless on how much you win with those plays. Well I believe you will get more complaints about the autofresh. Even the complainers type their complain first and THEN PUSH A BUTTON TO SEND IT. :mrgreen:

That option would be all I need! I dont want to stop anyone of using autofresh. I just dont want use it myself. :>
