Ongame Ultra Turbo

Postby deftist » Sun Aug 12, 2012 7:02 am

Hello,

Ongame has recently introduced ultra turbo heads-up sng, but PT4 is currently not detecting the buy-in levels correctly. For example, $28 = $26.30 + $1.7 rake, but PT4 calculates amount won = $28 and lost = -$28, that is, without taking rake into consideration.

At the moment, there are only three buy-in levels for ultra turbo heads-up: $100 (=$94.5 + $5.5), $28 (=$26.30 + $1.7) and $6.5 (=$6.05 + $0.45).

Could you please fix this so that PT4 can calculate the $$ won/lost correctly? Also, it would be nice if this fix can be automatically applied to those games that have been already played.

Thanks,

V

Please attach an example hand history file for any of these that you have to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can pass it on to the development team to update the auto detection rules.

Thanks, the issue seems to have been solved at some stakes ($28 for example). However, the new stakes of $56 and $100 are still troublesome - could you please take another look?

Do you have an example hand history for those stakes in the ticket? If not adding one will help - we will get these fixed as well.
