I've written queries against the database to pull this info out when I am curious about it. I pulls the info for all players using a correlated subquery so I get it back similar to a report. It is a performance thing mostly as the query takes a little while to run and if you wanted to use info like this in the HUD (I know I would), it would probably be too slow to load and refresh. Although doing it against one villain at a time and caching it for HUD use *might* get it done, but I am not on the development team
The PT guys have always said these stats are of little use as you don't know who has a HUD and they are right in that regard, but in this day and age, I think we can assume a lot of the players have one so I am starting to disagree here. Especially against the ones that info like this would be useful. i.e. Against a 75/15 fish, who cares what your image is? He's not paying attention and you can just VB them to death. Against a reg that you have played several thousand hands against, however, he probably is using a HUD so maybe you want to know if he would see you as a light 3bettor or that you cbet too often. But I think it is only useful if you change your game up depending on the villain. If you play the same game against everyone, you can assume they all see you the same way.
I will concede that if someone has purchased a bunch of hands, you won't have any idea how many they have on you and so this can mislead you on those cases.
