Hotkeys!?

Hi,

(1) I'd like to have hotkeys!
e. g.
to save a note: [alt+s]
close window without saving: [Esc]

Another example: I can go up and down with cursor keys in the "play poker" menu, but I cant open a hand with just pressing [Enter] -> easy to fix for you, isn't it?!

(2) Hard to select in the note-window
-> That should be as easy as in word-documents - but unfortunately it isn't.

(3) Sometimes the HUD is missing in the replayer.
I usually pick particular hands in the play poker menu and after playing a session I review those hands (so I got 5 tabs open in the task bar with several hands). But sometimes my HUD is missing. When I want to restart the HUD the whoe PT4 is crashing, which is pretty annoying.

(4) Look for a specific opponents and its notes?
In PT3 you could choose a player (opponent) in the menu and see all the stats and notes you already made of him. Is that still possible?

1) The development team are aware of this kind of request but I will remind them about it for you.

3) If you see this again please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket BEFORE you restart PT4, and explain what you were doing before the crash. If the Hud goes missing take a screenshot and attach that with your log too.

4) You can select any player via the player selection dropdown - click on the player list and type the name of the player you want to see.
There isn't yet a way to see player notes from the reports but that is planned - currently you'll need to replay one of their hands and use the Note Editor in the Hud to see their notes.

2) What specific functionality is missing which you'd like?

1) I would like to select a whole row with a double-click.

2) Its very hard to select several rows with "click + frame". That has to be made much easier I think. :)

Next ones..

- In PT3 you could see how long a SNGs takes on average. Is that possible in PT4 too?

- Why do the the tags disappear after a while? I played several times a week and in every session I marked some hands ("Review"). Now I wanted to make a video of all the tagged hands (so that only the interesting hands were in the vid), but they don't seem to be there anymore :( (I choose "all hands" btw.).

If you double click on the text itself in the note window it does highlight the line.

Hourly tournament stats are coming; we aren't forgetting about them, just the new statistics structure makes them turn out to be harder than you'd expect.

The tags should not be disappearing - are you certain you don't have something like the last 100 hands displayed? Try going into My Reports and creating a quick Hand report and set it to display your tag and show all hands and they should appear.

Unfortunately it doesn't.
And (for example): If i doubleclick at the end of a line in Word the whole line is marked - but in PT4 its not. :/

Ok, thanks. It worked with "My Reports". But why doen't it work in the "play poker" tab as well (although I have displayed "all hands")?

You have to double click on the text itself, not at the end of the line. This is a known issue.

One hourly stats are in, you'll be able to see them for any filtered set of data.

The Play Poker page is for data on hands you've just been playing - for lifetime data, you want to be on the View Stats page.
