Converting stats T>$ & $>T

I would like to see some improvements when it comes to converting stats from tournament > cash and other way around. Currently it takes 4 clicks for each stat.. and if you want to convert more then 1 it takes quite a while.

Maybe if there was a button Convert to cash while on tournament tab and Convert to Tournament while on cash tab it would speed things up considerably (instead of going through menu and confirmation (Add checkbox to never ask in the future?) Also if we could select 10 stats and click convert it would be amazing. I could even live with 4 clicks if I only had to do it once.

Also screen just freezes when it does converting, could we get progress bar instead? Goes for every time PT4 does something (when we deal with stats and hud), would be nicer if there were progress bars instead of PT4 is not responding.

I'll make some suggestions about this for you - I particularly like your "do not show this confirmation again" idea, that might be reasonably easy to implement and should make the process a little bit less painful at least.
