888 poker

Postby MrAmnesia85 » Sat Jan 07, 2012 10:05 am

i'm having alot of problems when pt4 imports hand histories from tournaments played.
Most off the time i have to edit the results myself because it doesn't seems to find my winnings.
I might be doing something wrong but i wanted to see if other people experienced the same problems.
It seems to work fine for cash gaming altough i cannot say that i'm 100% sure as i don't play that many hands on cash tables.

also..I don't like pt4 using a 12hour format. Is it possible to change this to a 24hour format from within the program itself?

I have to add that this program exceeds my expectations by far.
I'm verry happy i'm able to test it for you guys and i hope that you'll continuou to expand the range of possibility's this program gots.
Friends tried to convince me to buy HEM2 but let's face it...Their noobs...Real pro's use pt4 :D

Good luck

Can you attach some of the tournaments where the winnings aren't being detected to a support ticket for us?

yeah will do.
But what is it exactly that you need?
A log file? Or do i have to export that tournament?

We really need to see the original hand history and summary files - these will be in the "Processed" folder. You can see where that is via Configure > Sites & Import Options > Preferences.
888 should be writing summary files for your tournaments, although they don't have much information they should include your winnings.

ok, i've send a mail with a zip file attached.
I included both the hand sum, as the tourney summary for each one.
Hope this helps.

On a side note: What about changing the time format to a 24hour format? is it possible?

Thank you

Thanks, that's great - we'll get back to you via your ticket.

I will pass on your request for 24 hour clock to the development team.

Also regarding 888 and LuckyAce Poker, if you ever request old hh's they come in excel format. It would be great if support is added and we can import them from excel.

Please compress an example of the hand histories in this format and attach it to a Support Ticket so that we can see what can be done.
