Personally I use coloring to indicate the percentile of the player pool the value belongs to, like. in top 20% or bottom 20% of the pool. So that way I can easily use the color to get an impression of the player.
So for example for VPIP I would use:
Value Expression: (cnt_vpip / (cnt_hands - cnt_walks)) * 100
Format Type: Expression:
if ((cnt_hands - cnt_walks) > 10, (cnt_vpip / (cnt_hands - cnt_walks)) * 100, '')
So if I see the number, then I know that there are enough samples for it to be reliable and I can use the colors to relate the value to the average player pool values. If there aren't enough samples, then why even show the value... ;)
Pretty much all my HUD stats become visible only when they have significant cound of samples, usually 10 is my threshold, sometimes even 5 if the samples occur very rarely.
