Also, is there a way to add more colors for taging player through note window or change the existing colors?

I guess at least currently there is no option to do this, but could you perhaps suggest a temporary solution by tempering with programme files if that's possible like it's possible to change the look of the actual notes icon in programme files? It would be great if I could at least change some of the current colors?

No, it isn't currently possible to add to the note colours.

However, you can change the image files used for the note icon if you like.
Those are:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 4\Data\Images\Icons
note_hi.png
note_lo.png

Please note that you are responsible for any changes like this that you make, so please be sure to make a Backup of your data before you change anything externally to PT4. (We advise making regular backups anyway, of course.) Altering the image files shouldn't affect your data of course, and note that installing an update to PT4 will overwrite these files again, so you'll want to keep a copy of your new images in a different folder as well so that you can put them back after an update.
