Hi,

if I import Hands (Holdem and Omaha) there will be errors. No hands were imported.

The setup assistent couldn't convert the PT3 database without errors. Same here, no hands were imported.

Whats the problem?

If you export some hands from PT3 and try to import them into PT4, do they fail there as well? If so, please attach some of the hands to a support ticket so we can get this resolved. Thanks!

The errors are still there. I send you an ticket and my hands.

Did you attach the hands to the ticket? I looked at the ticket and there was nothing attached. It's possible there's a bug in our support system, since we recently updated it as well.

Yes I did attach the hands. It should be a *.rar file.


After a second try 1/3 of the hands were imported but I can't see any stats. Maybe there is a problem with the database.

In the result tab I see a lot of red :-(. Seems like it comes from the database.
For example: "Unable to execute query: SELECT (cash-table_session_summary.id_session) as "id_sessions", (timezone('UTC, ca.........."

It was Germany. I changed it myself 10 minutes ago to USA. Problem still existing.

Now I changed to USA and all is working fine.

I got same problem. I'm from France and play on ongame.Fr and pokerstars.fr.
Change my windows setting to Usa but changed nothing.
I can't import hand "Error: OnGame: Unable to import hand (#55228637345). Reason: Invalid limit (€0.04 NL) for hand #55228637345" or convert my PT3 database.
