Fatal Error: connection lost to database

Getting this lately in old DB, I created a new one ... deleted custom stats form huds and popups that were getting me problems to import into db ... but still getting this when I try full rebuild and maintenance.

If you're using any security software that might be interfering please refer to this guide otherwise start PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up with you:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log

To access the log file open File Explorer in Windows and enter the following in the address bar:

%localappdata%\PokerTracker 4\Logs

The file we need will be the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
