Invalid pot size error on Spins Pokerstars

Postby ComodoMono7 » Fri Mar 27, 2026 9:22 pm

Hey,

I just got this error playing some sessions on Pokerstars, 3handed Spin and go's:

07:43:55 pm: Error: PokerStars: Invalid pot size (40.00 vs pot: 20.00 rake: 0.00 jpt: 0.00) for hand #260250599273

or 07:53:27 pm: Error: PokerStars: Uncalled bet is greater than total bet (amount:330.00, total_bet: 10.00) (Hand #260250695229)

Every time this error shows on PT4 while tracking hands, every table shows my HUD on top of my opponents HUD, so it is impossible to see anything and I had to close the software. When I reopened PT4 and begin tracking againg, this error shows again and I had to stop playing.

This errors showed yesterday too, and I performed a full vacuum (with 4 steps), and full rebuild cache, which got me today an hour of using PT4 normally, but after playing again, it began showing the same errors and showing too many HUD panels at the same time on every table.

Please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket where a technician can review your logs and follow up with you. In the meantime you can also try a new database and see if that performs any better:
