Why $0 buy in in tournament reporting?

I am trying to make a custom report for my tournament results. But I’m noticing all the buy ins aren’t registering. Many tournamens show a $0 buy in. Anyone know why? Or anyone know how to ensure every tourn AND the re-buys log?

On what poker site is this? Not every site provides the same level of tournament information but for any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually in PokerTracker 4 using the Tournament Results window:

I play on ACR. I did some more checking and it not only loads $0 as the buy in for some tourn. but also misses some of them that were played with the HUD running completely.

Please make sure you are importing ACR tournament summaries as well as the hand histories. If you need any further assistance then send information detailing the problem to us via a Support Ticket and attach a relevant sample of hand history/summary files:

If the HUD was updating during the tournament then those hands will be in the database so make sure you do not have any filters active that would prevent the data from appearing in PokerTracker 4 otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
