HUD not display

Adquirí la licencia de poker tracker 4 small stacks para probarlo y he podido solo usarlo correctamente en 888, lo he intentado en pokerstar, pero me aparece 4 jugadores con el HUD y otro no, me aparecen notas en jugadores que no he puesto yo ya que solo me ha dejado ver 1 stats y que solamente he podido ver 2 manos y dejó de guardarme las manos en las estats.. no se como hacerlo ni a quien recurrir para que pueda darme una solución algo más rápida que el servicio técnico, tengo las salas en inglés como la de 888 que si me funciona perfectamente pero pokerstars está en inglés también, me sale el hud en la segunda mano pero no se actualiza como si estuviera congelado, si alguien me puede ayudar me haría muy feliz. Alguien con buen idioma. Por favor muchas gracias

That sounds like things are not configured correctly. A limited number of observed hand hands can import via the Memory Grabber but things will stop updating if things are not setup correctly as only a limited number of observed hands can import. Make sure that the option to save hand histories is enabled in PokerStars and that PokerTracker 4 is importing from that directory:
