Inconsistent HUD

Hi there,

My PT4 HUD is inconsistent on Winamax. It regularly shows up just fine, but at times doesn't appear at all.

I also get this message (see image) everytime I activate "get hands while playing". Is this because I haven't connected PT4 to the Stars client, or haven't properly connected it to any client? The latter would seem odd to me, as PT4 does function on Winamax, albeit inconsistent.

PT4 also crashes most of the time after I disable "get hands while playing".

Can I send help files or something to look if some of these things can be sorted?

That sounds like a configuration and/or a database issue. If you don't have a large database then go to 'Database -> Database Management'. Click the 'Housekeeping' button and run the following in this order:

1. Reindex
2. Cluster
3. Vacuum/Analyze

After the housekeeping is complete rebuild the database cache via 'Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild'. If that doesn't resolve the problem turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce the issue with the HUD and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a Support Ticket.
