Clarify a definition?

I'm building some player reports with positional stats and I'm seeing 3b vs BTN Open, and 3b vs BTN 2Bet. There are a bunch of very similar stats where the definitions seem to overlap. Am I correct in thinking that the vs Open stat will apply solely to PF, whereas the 2Bet stat will collect PF and post flop instances?

Those statistics are preflop only. '3Bet vs BTN Open' only counts hands where the BTN is stealing while '3Bet vs BTN 2Bet' includes steals and raises over limpers (which are not steals).
