I deleted my Database manualy because I could not delet it in PT4. Everytime I start PT4 and I want to create a new Database the following error pops up:
I installed PostSQL again but it does not help.

You have installed PostgreSQL v18 which isn't currently supported. Please uninstall it and install PostgreSQL v16 instead:
