PT4 hud delay and importing too many duplicates

Hello, long-time user of PT4. Ever since a month or two ago, my computer fans have been kicking on when i start my sessions and hit 'Get Hands While Playing'.
At first, i thought it may have been because of a poker client update on the site i play. So i changed computers to a more powerful one, but my issues only compounded when i moved to my new computer.

After looking at my task manager, it appears to be something wrong w/ my PT4. My CPU % will go from 8-9% to 24-32% when i start importing hands in real time while playing.

Some of the issues i'm encountering:
1) Hud starts lagging after opening up 6th or 7th table. It will take 5 + minutes of having the new tables open until the HUD starts to appear. After the 10th table opening up, the HUD just doesn't appear on the new ones at all.
2) Whenever i stop a session, and restart, it appears my PT4 will be importing a lot of duplicates, or will say i have a large amount of hands that are ready to be imported.
3) When i'm playing, i used to be able to right click on a player's stats and see their session stats, but now i can't do that. It's when i have a custom hud i made that, that happens. I think i've tested it on one of the default ones, and it works, however.

edit: i should note that i only have around 5k hands in my database currently.

Any guesses on what the issue could be?

It is possible that you have a lot of stale hand histories in your auto-import folder(s), which could slow down the import process. It could also be that your auto-import folders are set incorrectly and so PokerTracker 4 is trying to import a lot of additional files which aren't hand histories. Please see this guide and make sure that you have auto-import folders set correctly for the sites you are playing on.

It's also possible that your own HUD is quite complex and has many uncached stats which can slow down the HUD. In PokerTracker 4, go to Database > Database Management, select the database you are using, click Rebuild Cache > Full Cache Rebuild, and let the process complete. Hopefully that will fix the issue. If not, then please open a Support Ticket, attach a Support Bundle, and a technician will help you further.
