Out of sequence error

Hello, I keep getting this error: Error: GG Poker: daabbc0 action out of sequence (Hand #OM505060261) (Line #1303) when Im uploading my hands. Im playing PLO on GG Poker and I noticed error occurs when someone decides to get EV cashout. And even tho I never do it, when someone does PT4 doesn't add this hand to my results... Any chance fixing this?

I don't have an ETA for the fix but if you open a Support Ticket you can be notified when it is available.

Same here, its like 8-10 hands with error /1500 at importing. Someone cashouts in every hand with this error, so usually big pots which make the whole session result irrelevant :(
Any updates on this?

I don''t have an update at this time. If you open a Support Ticket you can be notified when a fix is available.

Any update on this? Its at least 3 weeks now, PT4 is useless with the biggest hands not even being imported, and i guess it affects thousands of players.

This month should be taken off the license really... this is not what we are paying for. We can't even manually add these hands. It looks like an easy fix...

This issue will be fixed in the next release. I don't have a specific date for when that will be but it should be soon subject to internal testing.
