To see all-in equity adjusted hand results graphed for tournaments go to the Graphs tab and set the graph to show Winnings In > Chips or BBs, and then enable the 'Display All-In Equity' option.

You can add 'All-in Equity Adjusted Amount' (or '... BB') to any hand report to see the results for individual hands by right clicking and choosing Configure Report.
To see all-in adjusted results in higher level reports (e.g. for whole tournaments or days, etc) you can add 'All-In Equity Adjusted' to a report showing player stats.
Search for 'adj' to find all the equity adjusted stats.

It is important to note that net adjusted stats are not "EV" - see this blog post for the distinction.

Im on the trial and it feels quite convoluted...I don't see an ev adj option to select under the graph. When I go to graph it shows Chips Won by Hour of Day or I can change it to Chips Won Day of Week...

To see the 'Display All-In Equity' option you need to change the graph report you are using from 'Personal Results By Time Period' to 'Personal Results':
