error message help

ive searched and cant find an answer. i keep getting the not moving processed hh file..... i have the box checked and i have tried 2 use 2 diff. folders. 1. C:\old full tilt and 2.C:\processed hh files. for the last year it never bothered me but now its over 100 files evreytime. plzzzz help me. oh n the old full tilt folder was FILLED with old hh,maybe to full?idk.
