trouble importing hands

so i've always used postgreSQL and have been able to use PT w/ no problem (i have version 2.16.03d). yesterday, my PT had problems importing hands for PokerStars - it still imports hands from Full Tilt fine. This is the error message i get:

Import Finished With Errors - The import finished but there were errors. Open the Utilities/Error Log Display/Maintenance window to see the errors - 39 file(s) read - 0 new hand(s) were imported.


How can i fix this so that there isn't a problem anymore? I tried purging the displayed errors and all the errors but i still get the same problem. Thank you very much in advance!
