screw up my sql somehow

yesterday when i was exporting my 1.3M hands to a folder to transfer it to my other comp but it took forever to export so i suddenly close pt and it somehow mess up now. how can i fix this program

Did you just install PostgreSQL today? What version did you install?

i install it sql 6 months ago. dont know which verstion though

So you have been using PostgreSQL on this computer for 6 months now and this is the first time this error has occurred?

Why were you showing me a picture of the Convert Database window? I'm not understanding what you were trying to do on that window.

You said you were exporting hands when this happened? What exactly does that mean? You were using the Export Hand Histories To File window?

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window and take a screen print of that window and then post a link to that image.

Also, when did you last backup the PostgreSQL database on this computer?
