Import Problem, any site, any database

Hello!

Since yesterday, i cant import any hand into any database (PartyPoker, Titan Poker, Full Tilt). I didnt change anything. Suddendly, i always got an error message. I tried to repair the databases with ODBC and with Pokertracker (2.17.00i) but it didnt help. I also tried to import hands into a new empty database, but got the same error.

I use Windows Vista and had no problem for over 6 months now, i have no explanation for this. Here is the latest PT Error log file:
