PokerTracker

I've tried downloading the Full Tilt patch (with a "g", an "e" and every other letter mentioned) and the download goes through ok and installs, but my hand histories are still not being imported into PT2. I have 33 sitting in the folder and PT sees all 33, but will not import them. Help please.

What does the version number say in the title bar of the PT window? Is it 2.17.04G? If it isn't, then you didn't install the patch, you have to download the patch file and then double-click on the EXE to run it.

If it does say 2.17.04G then:

Open the FT import window, click the Enable logging box. Start the timer. Play some hands for 10 minutes. Click the View Log link on the auto-import window and copy/paste the test of the log file into a reply.

It does say 2.17.04G.

log copied below. When closing the auto import, it says "38 files read, 0 hands imported" and I get the following message:

"The processed hand history files were copied to the specified folders. Please note that one or more of the processed files could not be deleted because it is still locked. This usually indicates that you still have a table open and that the files are still being written to."

However, the tables were closed before closing the auto import and I still have 33 files in my HH folder that will not import (these are primarily sng HH's), along with the ring game hands below. Even after closing the client program I get the same response as to files read and 0 hands imported.

So, I closed the client completely and redid the import and it said, again, that it imported 0 hands BUT the ring hands are present in my PT database, but there are those remaining 33 HHs in the folder. Hitting the import again, it says there have been no new hands to import. I'm confused...

This cannot be the complete log file then because there is nothing in this log file that shows it trying to import these 33 files you talk about. Go to the C:\Program Files\Full Tilt Poker\HandHistory\[user name] folder and manually move the files because they have either been imported already or they are not Hold'em files which I cannot tell because you didn't paste the entire log.

That seems to be the main problem Pat. When I 1st open the auto import for FullTilt the message pops up that I have 33 (now 40) hand histories in the file. If I then do a force import, it says it is reading the 40 files and it takes a while to go through them and says that it read files and imported 0 hands. I have checked the file and I know that they are not all HE files but there are numerous HE files not importing; The Ferguson mtts, WPC mtts, and the $3 KOs to be more precise.
I may have inadvertently not copied the entire logging file--I think I misunderstood your request and only copied the new hands logged. I have cleared the log and started again from scratch and apologize for not doing it correctly the first time. Also, I might ask if FullTilt hands importing is dependent upon whether or not the client program is open or not; I have tried it both ways but am still not sure if this matters or not.

Please disregard the above post. I tried to delete it but it was too late.

I have checked the file and I know that they are not all HE files but there are HE files not importing; The Ferguson mtts, WPC mtts, and the $3 KOs to be more precise about 14 files at the time of this post. When I 1st open the auto import for FullTilt (without logging or playing with timer on) the message pops up that I have 14 hand histories in the file. If I then do a force import, it says it is reading the 14 files and it takes a while to go through them and says that it read files and imported 0 hands. Upon closer inspection, the summary files for some of these files is empty and I don't know why. That, of course, explains why its importing 0 hands but I was wondering if you have any ideas about where they went.
