No import from Party

I had a problem importing hands from Party, and asked you about it. You said dl and install new patch. Did that on my laptop and it worked fine. Did it on my desktop and it's not importing any hands. It finds the files but says there are no hands in them. If I find the files to import the hands manually, it says it can't find any.

Please help.
