i get this error message: File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from.

and if i go to tournament player statistics:missing tournament summaries (PLEASE NOTE: You have imported hand histories for at least one tournament without also loading the corresponding summary for that tournament. Th.....................................................)

my handhistory is english at stars

You get this for every single file you try to import? If so, it doesn't sound like they are saved as English. Open on of the files that gives this error. Is it in English?

now i dont get a error messsage but my player statistics are wrong because i just see the number of sng and not the buy in or roi

(PLEASE NOTE: You have imported hand histories for at least one tournament without also loading the corresponding summary for that tournament. The tournament summaries are essential because they contain the buy-in amount, fee, place of finish, etc. that are needed by this window. Until you enter/load the tournament summary, th.................)
