Problems with PT2 and HUD... PLEASE HELPPPP

Hello!
I am just trying out your software but its not working for me, please tell me what i am doing wrong, these are the steps in detail.

I have Pt2.13.01a
I am on windows vista home premium, running 32 bit colors and display set at 1280x800

I installed Pt2, then under file i picked poker stars (I only play here and only hold'em)
I got this window (as you can see i have configured it)

Please tell me if i did anything wrong there...

I then setup poker ace HUD v1.18
It is showing me the table that i am playing in the main window... but i am not getting anything on the table itself...
here are the configurations that i have set:

More than anything I want to see the hands that were mucked in the last round...
Am i not getting stats because i resize the window or something?


I only seem to get this sometimes:

(note for this example i tried it on a play money table)

And when i get that, i usually have a problem that i cannot use the mouse to click on the buttons like
"fold", "call", "raise" and "leave table" on the top... i keep clicking but nothing happens, only after i close poker ace hud the functionality comes back.

What email did you use to register Poker Tracker? I have no record of this one used for the forum?

Hello,
I did not install this, a friend of mine uses PT the last time he was here... I thought I would try it out on the full version that he had and if all went well I would buy my own copy. If you require me to i can uninstall the one he installed and reinstall any trial or whatever from your site... I also dont mind putting down a deposit, but i would first like to make sure it works on my system like its supposed to..

I'm wondering how then you got a version of Poker Tracker that is over 2 years old on this computer? There is no place that you/he could have downloaded a legitimate copy of PT2 with that version number. So where did he get this file from? A website that provides cracked copies?? Because that's the only time I've seen people still using that version.

I have no idea where he got it from... but if you think thats the problem, I can uninstall it faster than you can say jack and jill backwards 3 times :)

I play poker.. the software thing is completly new to me and i feel like i was missing out on a very important edge that probably some of my opponents had, so please help me by telling me how i can get it... and step by step, what should i do to get it?

Should I try the PT and HUD trial copies from your site? or wait for pt3 to come out of beta?

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window.
In the last field of this window, what is the value shown there, it should be a folder and file name pointing to your database. What does it say?

Because you wouldn't have been able to even open this window if the program you are using was not registered which means, since you didn't pay for it, that you are using the cracked version of the program as I suspected.

If I have used something I dont mind paying for it, but I have not used this (or atleast not till it was working) its been 1 day since it was installed.. and it never worked, once it starts to work, i will be most happy to pay you for it... so are you going to help me get it working or should i just uninstall it and search for some other software?

It's nice how nonchalant you act about using a cracked version of the program. You completely ignore the fact that "your friend" as you claim installed a cracked version of the program and can't understand why I am reluctant to help you?? I guess I should enjoy being ripped off huh? So no, I'm not going to help you until you pay for the program. If you don't want to then by all means, go steal someone else's software and ask them for help with it.
