problems importing in FTP

hi pat
my wife is trying to play in his new FTP account from my laptop and the PT2 doesn´t import any hand and PAH doesn´t detect any table
i have an account too in FTP, is there a problem for the PT2 and PAH to import hands and detect tables for a new account ?

Click the help link at the top right corner of the FullTilt auto-import window and make sure you have FTP setup to save the files and that you are pointing PT to the right folder.
