PokerTracker

I've not had this problems before but I've returned to Pokerstars after a few months off and when importing hands I get this error message:

Any help would be appreciated.

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.03d from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
