problems with stars

I keep getting an error that says.

dbcode: -1206 error text: sqlstae=S1000
microsoft odbc microsoft access driver cannot open database. it may be a database that your application recognizes, or the file maybe corrupt.

No changes made to database.

Inserted into players ( screen_name, treeview_icon, player_id, main_site_id, hide_ind, ring_player) VALUES( 'thomas lowe',1,20334,2,0,1,0)

this error message was written to the error file: C:\program files\pokertrackerV2\pterrorlog.txt. then it says to send file to support.

So how do i fix the error or sned you guys the files.
