Crpyto problem

Ive changed my screen name on the Crypto Skin Ive been playing on and now my PT wont pick up any hands from my new name.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Update-It wont let me import any hands since my username changed. I get this error when i try

"unable to get the game number(2)"

What version of PT?

Did you change the regional settings?? Do you still get the error?

Install the latest PATCH, version 2.17.01g from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
