Files not moving to processed files when checked

the only thing I see is c:\programfiles\poker tracker v2 but no HH

If you don't have an hhcopy.mdb file then you have lost your hand history database.

You'll have to download this empty file to that c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder.

after I download that and put it on my desktop how do i get it into PT

All you do is open Poker Tracker. All the hand histories that were in the other file are gone. So you won't be able to replay old hands or use the export to file option. Your stats are in another database so they should be unaffected.

I cant open PT every time I do all I get is odbc microsoft access driver login failed, could not find file. So there is no opening PT after that window it prompts for admin login

Is it telling you the hhdb.mdb file was not found still?? Because if it is then you didn't download the file I gave you a link to above into the right folder. Did you download new file to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder?

unfortunately I dont know how to download something into something else specific. I down loaded the link to my desk top, how do I gt it into PT, drag and drop doesnt work, sorry I am pretty illiterate computer wise

Right-click on the link I gave above and select "Save As", "Save Link As" or "Save Target" as, it could be either of these based on the browser you use. On the window that opens you can select what folder you want to save it to. Navigate to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder and click the Save button to have it put the file into that folder.
